Val Slater Exhibitions is one of the longest established Wedding Fayre organisers in South Wales. Our reputation is the envy of many other companies. We run successful Fayres because that’s all we do – run Wedding Fayres. We do not have any other wedding business interest, so when we stage a Fayre our aim is to promote the venue and the exhibitors – not ourselves. We offer 100% commitment to the organisation, production and promotion of our Fayres, and we spend a very large percentage of the revenue from each Fayre (your money) on advertising in the local press; radio; Internet websites such as Welsh Bride; 'WM Bride' magazine (formerly Your Wedding);The Wedding Guide; 'Your Wedding Day' magazine; Bride and Groom magazine and leaflet and poster campaigns.

We do not use the Shell Scheme but the space you are allocated is large enough to accommodate your display, tables and chairs, and allow you to talk to your prospective clients/customers in comfort and with privacy.  Our wedding fayres are interesting and vibrant with a warm, friendly atmosphere.

The success of our most recent wedding fayres and Associate Events is a testament to our commitment and unique organisation skills.  We are always on hand and willing to help exhibitors who are new to wedding fayres, to make sure that their stand is set up to display their product or service in the best possible way.  This season we have had exhibitors travelling to us from many different areas in England and Wales, and they have asked to come back again.

Hi,   Thanks for your message.  Don't worry about not getting round for a chat yesterday - we could tell you were really busy. It seemed very well attended and the day flew by chatting to people. I had lots of interest in the favours and loads of great feedback, and had an order in on email this morning! So that was good.  It will be interesting to see what the next few weeks and months bring as many of the people we spoke to were planning far in advance.  We enjoyed the day and thought it was very well organised, looking forward to the one in the Vale.

"...Please find enclosed list of the fayres we would like to attend next season. I have ticked all boxes as it is paramount to us that we do two of your shows. I realise it must be difficult to fit us all in, but we only do four shows a year and find yours to be the most successful so would rather the four be booked with you."
